Labs

Comprehensive lab testing to give you and your provider a clear, data-driven picture of your health.

Who Should Get Lab Work Done?

Lab testing is a routine part of annual well-woman visits and is also useful anytime you want a clearer picture of your hormone, metabolic, or nutritional health.

If you’re managing a condition, starting a new treatment like hormone therapy, or simply have unexplained symptoms, your provider may recommend specific panels to help guide your care.

What's Included in Lab Testing?

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) – Evaluates red and white blood cells and platelets to check for infection, anemia, and more.
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) – Checks kidney and liver function, blood sugar, and electrolyte balance.
  • Thyroid and Hormone Panels – Measures thyroid hormone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and FSH levels.
  • Lipid Panel – Assesses cholesterol and triglyceride levels for cardiovascular health.
  • STI/STD and Nutritional Screening – Includes testing for common infections along with Vitamin D, B12, and HbA1c when appropriate.

How Lab Testing Can Help

Blood and urine labs can reveal important information about your health, often before you notice any symptoms.

Your results give your provider real data to personalize your care, whether that means adjusting a treatment plan, catching a deficiency early, or simply confirming that everything looks healthy.

Knowing your numbers is one of the simplest ways to stay ahead of your health rather than reacting after something feels wrong.
